TERMS & CONDITIONS

Orders

  • Our process does not allow us to make any adjustments to finalized purchases.  All orders received will be processed and shipped as originally placed.

  • Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at the time order is placed. To prevent any shipping delays, or loss, please be sure to validate your shipping information found in your order confirmation email.  If an error is found, please contact Stay Connected Apparel immediately and we will attempt to remedy any errors.    

  • In the event of lost, stolen, damaged, or misplaced packages, during the time of transit, Stay Connected Apparel will not be held liable.  Under all circumstances, USPS, and/or any other courier service utilized for delivery, is to be held responsible for any/all mail in their care.  Stay Connected Apparel will do our best to assist customers in the recovery of any missing items.  

  • All claims will be thoroughly reviewed on a case by case basis; claims may take up to 3 weeks to process. Once USPS and/or alternate courier service used responds, we will be able to take necessary actions to resolve your claim as quickly as possible. Your patience is very much appreciated as we work diligently to resolve your claim.

  • Filing a claim does not guarantee USPS, and/or alternative courier service used,  will partially or fully compensate/reimburse you for your lost/stolen package(s), however, Stay Connected Apparel will do our best to assist you through the claims process.

Shipping

  • Orders are shipped to the provided shipping address listed under customer’s account. 

  • Stay Connected Apparel is not responsible for packages delivered to mistyped, incorrect, or invalid addresses

  • All returned packages, due to insufficient address or inability to deliver, will be sent an email notification.  Customers will then have 72 hours to respond to Stay Connected Apparel.  Failure to reply within 72 hours will automatically result in order cancellation and customer's account will receive a store credit for the returned balance.  Shipping will not be included and any charges incurred from return shipment will be deducted from returned balance.  

  • Holiday shipping dates may vary depending on the courier utilized.  General shipping expectations do not apply during holiday seasons.

Domestic orders/shipping

  • Orders are generally received within 7-10 business days after date of fulfillment.  (Holidays excluded)

International orders/shipping

  • International delivery dates vary depending on location. Orders are generally received within 5-10 business days after fulfillment.            

       (Excluding holidays)​

  • Duties and taxes are determined by the customs agency within the designated country.  Although charges are not always incurred, assessment of duties and taxes will be based on the value of the order and the Tax-free threshold, if it exists, for goods imported into the designated country.

  • Payment of any duties and taxes is the responsibility of the recipient, and these fees are collected at the time of delivery. More information can be obtained by contacting your local customs office.

Returns/Exchanges

  • Items purchased from Stay Connected Apparel may be returned for store credit only.

  • We do not offer refunds.

  • All returns/exchanges must be requested within 14 days of receiving your shipment.  Item(s) must have the original tags attached and be unworn as well as unwashed.  We will not issue refunds on returned products under any circumstance.

  • All exchanges must be for products of equal or lesser value.  If an item of greater value is requested for exchange, customer will receive a store credit for the original product(s) purchased and credit will be applied to the total balance of item(s) requested. Customer will be responsible for the remaining balance.

  • If for some reason a product you've ordered is out of stock, you will automatically be refunded for the purchase price of that item, including sales tax, and a notification email will be sent.

  • Postage on all returns and exchanges is the responsibility of the customer.   

  • Defective item(s) will be issued a prepaid label for return, and shipping for the replacement item(s) will be waived.  

  • For all return, exchange, or defective items, please allow 1-3 weeks from the time you mail your return/exchange to be processed.  This time may vary depending on the amount of items returned.  (Holiday season excluded)

  • Gift Cards are non-refundable.

  • Store credits are issued to the email address associated with original purchase only.  Credits are given in the form of specialized code specific to return. 

  • We are not able to accept returns for Stay Connected Apparel purchased outside of our direct website under any circumstances.  These items must be handled through the third party vendor they were purchased from.  

  • All items purchased through our website must be returned or exchanged directly through Stay Connected Apparel.  Third party vendors will not accept products that were not purchased at their location.

Holiday Sales

  • ALL SALES ARE FINAL  (This includes all Black Friday & Cyber Monday purchases.)

  • We do not accept returns on sale items. (ALL SALE ITEMS will not be restocked)

  • Markdown prices and discount codes are only valid during the time of the sale. Promotion sales will not be applied to orders placed before or after time of sale.

  • All discount codes must be entered at the time of checkout, before finalizing your purchase.

  • For our customer’s safety, our software does not allow us to manually apply discount codes or adjust pricing to orders once they are finalized and payment has been accepted.

  • Orders are limited to one promo code per purchase.  (Discount codes cannot be combined and may not apply to promotional items)

  • Orders are fulfilled and shipped in the order received.

  • Holiday shipping dates may vary depending on the courier utilized.  General shipping expectations do not apply during holiday seasons.

Special/Private Sale Events (Expos, Meet & Greets, Street Fairs, Trade Shows, etc...) 

  • ALL SALES ARE FINAL.

  • We do not accept returns on sale items. 

  • Promo sales and discount codes are only valid during the time of the sale. Promotions will not be applied to orders placed before or after the time of the sale.

  • Discount codes may not apply to all items.  Some exclusive promotional items may be excluded from discount codes.

Discount Codes

  • All discount codes must be entered at the time of checkout.  

  • For our customer’s safety, our software does not allow us to manually apply discount codes or adjust any prices to orders once they are finalized and payment has been processed. 

  • Cannot be combine with any other offers except where specified.

  • May not apply to all items.  Some exclusive promotional items may be excluded from discount codes.

 

Currency exchange/fluctuation rates

  • International exchange rates are implemented.

  • Exchange rates fluctuate depending on the daily foreign exchange market.  Please be sure to research prior to purchase.
